Hi! I am Aryan. I grew up in a sleepy town called Dehradun in India. At 17, I decided to take a leap of faith and come to Singapore for pursuing my undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Between forming interesting connections, gaining experiences that challenged my prior beliefs and attending courses that sharpened my intellectual caliber, college helped me grow in all domains. 

After finishing my college education, I decided to enter the financial restructuring practice at Deloitte. I've had the privilege of advising large conglomerates facing financial distress on modifying their existing debt to conserve cashflow which helped them preserve their operations. 

I am fascinated by business stories and the value creation process that underlies going from zero to one.  I am in a never-ending quest to seek worldly wisdom and understand how things work — expanding the toolbox of skills and mental models that I can put to good use in business, investing, and life. When I am not working or reading, I enjoy road biking and watching thought provoking sci-fi films.
